oh em gee.




OH MY GOD. i think usher wrote that song about the salmon I made today. Seriously it was goooooood. and EASY. and guess what!? good for moi! All you have to do is buy yourself a good piece of salmon & shallots. Season the Salmon with salt, pepper, dill, and parsley. slice the shallots and put them in the oven with the salmon to broil (to taste)

to accompany it I made some kale, chives, shallots, steamed with a bit of coconut oil for a bit of flavor (plus vegetables are better digested by the body and better able to intake and use more vitamins,necessary for many fat soluble vitamins.

The meal was done in less than 30 minutes. Who said cooking good food takes too long?! shit, a lot of times when it does take long...its worth it! (notice I didn't sa ALL the time...i mean I'm a rookie, some stuff's not all that great haha, oh well ;)
